The second half of Hudson Valley Garden Association’s first day of garden classes featured Rebecca Glembocki’s sold out Kokedama Workshop. Classes took place Sunday, January 20, 2013 in the toasty warm, orchid-filled greenhouses at Black Meadow Flora in Chester, NY.
The photos speak for themselves as to what a great time was had, and what a lovely group of attendees! But the pictures do not do the kokedama justice. Each and every one looked absolutely gorgeous and even more special than the photos show.
First Rebecca did a demonstration…

…then it was everyone else’s turn!
Making mudballs is always fun, but never so pretty!

Creating a beautiful kokedama is that easy!

Don’t worry if you missed out on the string garden fun, there’s sure to be another Kokedama Workshop. Sign up for the free monthly HVGA newsletter and you’ll be among the first to know!

I just want to thank everyone for coming and making it a special workshop for me.
You all did such fabulous work – each kokedama was beautiful.
I hope you will enjoy them for a long time!
